The Challenge:
When I took over the Google Ads account for my client , the client faced several key challenges:

  1. High Cost per Conversion: At the start, conversion costs were significantly high, making campaigns less profitable.
  2. Low Conversion Count: The conversion rate was not meeting expectations despite steady ad spend.

My Approach:

    I started by analyzing historical data in the Google Ads account. Key areas I focused on included:

    • Bid Strategy Improvements: I shifted to a Target ROAS bidding strategy to ensure profitability while scaling.
    • Keyword Refinement: Focused on high-performing keywords with strong purchase intent and eliminated underperforming ones.
    • Ad Copy Enhancement: Developed engaging and action-driven ad copies tailored to the target audience’s pain points and aspirations.

    • A/B Testing: I consistently tested ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs to find the most effective combinations.

    • Focused on lowering the Cost per Conversion while improving the Conversion Rate.
    • Continuously tracked and optimized CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

Results Achieved (Sep 2020 – Dec 2021):

  • Increased Conversions: Grew conversions to an impressive 13.3K.
  • Lower Cost per Conversion: Reduced cost per conversion to just $2.75.
  • High ROAS: Achieved a stellar ROAS of 1,325.56%.
  • Improved CPC: Maintained an average CPC of $0.79, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Revenue Growth: Generated a total conversion value of $487K with a total spend of $36.7K.

Key Milestones:

  • Start Point: Initially, conversions were low, and costs were high. Strategic adjustments helped reverse this trend.
  • Peak Season: Successfully leveraged the peak season to drive maximum sales and revenue.
  • Sustained Growth: Consistently optimized campaigns to maintain growth even during off-peak periods.
